All towards the end of the summer teaching (make room for atleast 3-4 days)

1: Stuff you need BEFORE the lesson:

1 computer per student.

1 headphone per student

hyperscore is open on the computers

2: Opening Concepts:

Show an example of a one minute song

Explain what we will be doing for the nex few days: working on a song atleast a minute long.

3: Focus of the Lesson:

The focus of this lesson is making a song 1 minute long or longer 

4: Teaching:

1: remind them of what they've been learning over the summer

2: guide them if they need help, but try to let them do this by themselves 

3: try to get involved in the task (make your own song)  

5: Wrap up:

1: Make sure everyone has cleaned up their area. Programs saved and closed, headphones wraped up.

2: Circle up: have ALL the students present their song. Have them talk about their song, why they came up with it, and how they went about making it.
