Bad Cops and can technology solve problems

some cops will plant stuff on some one

some cops are racist

some cops stereotype, they single out Afro-Americans more

they make the good cops look bad

they answer emergency calls in a poor neighborhood slow

some police officers physically abuse citizen

WHAT needs to change

the cop and the citizen must have equal rights and stop violence determination and police brotality

TEACHING

teaching is not that hard its just the bad kid that you had put up with but the kids will still want to learn.

like the kids was asking me if thay can go to myspace or go on the internet
