____How to use the threshold tool:____

1)You first have to find a color picture on the internet and save it on to the desktop

2)Then you right click the picture you have chosen and open it to gimp

3)When gimp is open with the picture then you go to the button called Tools and go all the way down to color tools and then choose THRESHOLD

4)A box will appear and you can use the arrows to change the scale of the black and white, you can also click the arrows with the numbers inside to move the scale around, you can also go inside the graph itself and click on it and just change the variables there also.

5)You then press ok and the picture should turn out to be black and white**
