An alternative: 

Break the participants into groups based on how many pico kits you have. Each group gets 5 - 10 minutes to memorize the parts using the inventory sheets in the kits. The leader then holds up the pieces to the whole group and they guess which part it is. The group that get the most correct is the winner. The leader can describe the basic function of each piece as they hold them up. (Invented by Ruben and Williston)
