These are ways to get the group to open up to each other and communicate. They are a great way to go from everybody sitting on chairs to people talking, laughing, moving and getting along.
These projects are things that could be done in a relatively short time. They address a particular needed skill and help people to build the skill quickly in the group setting, or possibly individually.
These are projects that leverage the skills of several areas in the program to help do something that is more powerful than just working on one area.
These project ideas are intended to make use of many of the learning modules to help solve a need or problem in the community. They are not simple, but can be broken down into simpler projects and processes and then combined to make a sophisticated product which has a positive impact on the community.
